My practice draws on over 20 years of experience across education, leadership, governance, humanitarian systems and social justice, informed by African-rooted wisdom and relational intelligence.

Eldering
African-rooted wisdom for governance. I hold Elder and space-holder roles across international networks, walking alongside people through the portals life asks us to pass through: grief, initiation, migration, transition, return.
Strategic facilitation
Designing and holding the conversations that happen in the in-between, when an old strategy no longer fits and the new one hasn't yet taken shape. Creating confluences where different perspectives meet, build trust, and grow cultures where people and purpose flourish.
For over two decades, I have served across the United Nations and international NGOs—driving food security and refugee initiatives in the Great Lakes Region, championing child rights advocacy in Geneva, and building community alongside refugees and minority ethnic women in the UK.
As a Montessori Directress, my life's work weaves institutional depth with grounded, relational pedagogy.
In 2003, I was recognised by Queen Elizabeth II as a Pioneer of the Nation in the Voluntary Sector.
Applying Ubuntu philosophy, non-violent communication and decolonial frameworks.
